1. What is special about our Handicraft products?

  • Every handicraft item is crafted by hand with meticulous attention to detail, endowing them with an unparalleled sense of individuality and uniqueness absent in mass-produced goods. The crafting process itself is an art, resulting in each product being a true masterpiece.

     
     
  • Our products are products manufactured from natural materials and entirely manufactured in Vietnam.
  • Our samples are provided free of charge for our clients. All we ask is that you pay the shipping costs as well as a deposit which we will refund 100% in your next order. Sampling time is from 7 – 10 work days.

  • We focus on mass production for orders of at least 1 20’ container. However, for clients who are testing the market, we offer an MOQ ranging from 50-100 pcs per SKU (depending on the product).

  • Certainly. You can choose the product that is similar to the product you need to customize. We will quote based on those customizations
  • We provide all Shipping Terms from Exw to D-group. You can choose any terms that fit your requirements
  • In addition, we provide full support to our customers from the initial inquiry until the product reaches your hands.
  • To avoid mold, we inspect our products after washing, gluing, shaping, and drying them thoroughly, either under sunlight or using our drying systems. We ensure they have the right moisture level before packaging them in cartons or poly bags. For consumers, if mold appears, simply wipe it off with a damp cloth and let the product dry completely before reusing it.
  • Customers who buy from afar can be assured when we insures all risks during transportation to customers.
  • When having any problem of product error, immediately contact us for absolute repair or other products.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, plus tracking details for your order.
